新緑が鮮やかさを増し、空の旅がいっそう心地よく感じられる季節になりました。本日もANA便にご搭乗いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。

社長就任の発表以来、多くのお客様や関係者の皆さまから温かいお言葉を頂戴しました。長くANAをご利用くださっている方々からのメッセージも多く、私たちの歩みが皆さまの旅とともにあることを改めて感じています。たくさんのお声を励みに、ご期待にしっかりとお応えできるよう努めてまいります。

私の原点は、入社して最初に配属された伊丹空港のランプコーディネーターという現場にあります。先輩から教わったのは、「小さなゴミ一つも見逃さないこと」。一見些細に見えるものでも、エンジンに吸い込まれれば大きな事故につながりかねません。安全は、現場の一人ひとりの手のひらの上にある――あの場所で身をもって学んだことです。

その教えは、今も私の中で大切な指針となっています。仲間と力を合わせながら、皆さまに安全とあんしんをお届けできるよう、足元の取り組みを丁寧に積みあげてまいります。

そして、今日も世界中の空港や機内で、社員たちは同じ想いを胸に、それぞれの持ち場に向き合っています。技術が進化しても、最後に安全を守り抜くのは“人の力”です。整備士の確かな手、パイロットの判断、客室乗務員の温かな気づかい。そしてそれらを支える多くの社員の想い。

その一つひとつを重ね合わせて、皆さまの「あんしん」をこれからも確かな形にしていきたいと考えています。

皆さまが目的地で大切な方と笑顔で語り合える、その当たり前でかけがえのない瞬間を、私たちはこれからも「あんしんの翼」で守り続けます。この先の空の旅も、どうぞごゆっくりお楽しみください。

We have entered the season where the green of the leaves has become more vibrant, and traveling by plane has become more pleasant. Thank you for choosing to fly with ANA today.

Since my appointment as President, I have received many kind words from customers, colleagues, and partners. I have also received many messages from people who have been flying with ANA for many years, which was a reminder that we all share one journey. Keeping these words close to my heart, I will strive to meet your expectations.

I originally worked on the front lines. I was assigned to Osaka Itami Airport to work as a ramp coordinator after joining the company. There, I was taught by my senior colleagues to always be on the lookout, even for the smallest debris. Something that might seem insignificant at first could potentially get sucked into the engine and lead to a major accident. What I learned the hard way while working there was that every single person present on site is responsible for safety.

To this day, that lesson remains a core value for me. I will work hard together with my colleagues to make consistent efforts and bring you all safety and peace of mind.

Today, our employees at global airports and on aircraft work with this sentiment in mind. No matter how far technology advances, it will always be the ‟strength of people” that ensures safety. This includes the skilled hands of our mechanics, the good judgment of our pilots, and the thoughtfulness of our cabin attendants. I also cannot forget the many employees supporting them behind the scenes. All of us aim to always achieve peace of mind for our customers.
