4月1日より社長の襷（たすき）を受け継ぎました、平澤寿一です。

今年は国際線就航40周年、そして来年は創立75周年という節目に、新たな体制でお客様をお迎えできることを心から嬉しく、身の引き締まる思いです。私たちの原点は、いかなる時も「安全」にあります。この揺るぎない基盤を守り抜くことが、お客様への変わらぬ約束です。その決意を胸に、これからも一つひとつ誠実に努力を重ねてまいります。

この4月より、ANAは新しい中期経営戦略をスタートいたしました。基本品質のさらなる向上、デジタルの積極活用、そしてサステナブルな未来の実現。そのすべては、お客様へ「よりよい空の旅」をお届けするための私たちの挑戦です。

ANAの歴史は、いつも挑戦の連続でした。「今日より、明日はもっとよくなる」、ANAグループ社員一同、誇りをもって期待を超える空の旅をお届けしてまいります。

この4月、次期社長へと襷（たすき）を繋ぐこととなりました。

振り返れば、私が社長に就任した4年前はコロナ禍という航空業界にとっても未曽有の危機のただ中でした。いかなる時も安全を堅持し、お客様に寄り添うサービスを尽くす。その一心で歩み続けてこられたのは、何よりお客様がANAを信じ、選び続けてくださったからです。皆さまがANAを必要としてくださったことに、私たちはどれほど救われ、励まされたかわかりません。心より厚く御礼申し上げます。

苦難をともにした社員たちも、一人ひとりが「お客様のために」という情熱を燃やし、挑戦し続ける強靭（きょうじん）な集団へと進化しました。この確かな手応えとともに、ANAは今、新しいリーダーのもとで「再成長」に向けた次なる空へ飛び立とうとしています。

「どうせやるなら、明るく、楽しく」これからもANAグループは、鍛え上げた翼で、世界中のお客様に安全運航とワクワクをお届けし続けます。

これまで私を、そしてANAを支えてくださったすべてのお客様と関係者の皆様に、心からの感謝を込めて。本当に、ありがとうございました。

My name is Juichi Hirasawa, and as of April 1st, I have officially taken over the baton as President.
This year marks the 40th anniversary of our international flight operations, and next year, we celebrate our 75th anniversary. I am sincerely delighted, yet humbled by the weight of responsibility, to welcome you under our new leadership during such significant milestones.
Our starting point is, and will always be, Safety. To protect this unwavering foundation is our permanent promise to you. With this resolve in my heart, I am committed to building our future through sincere and steady efforts, one step at a time.This April, ANA launched our new Mid-Term Corporate Strategy.
Further enhancing our core quality, actively utilizing digital technology, and realizing a sustainable future—all of these represent our commitment to providing you with an even “better journey in the skies.”
The history of ANA has always been a series of challenges. With the belief that “Tomorrow will be even better than today,” all of us at the ANA Group will take pride in delivering air travel that exceeds your expectations.

This April, I will be passing the baton to our next President.
Reflecting on my tenure, I assumed the role of President four years ago, in the very midst of the COVID-19 pandemic—an unprecedented crisis for the aviation industry.
Throughout these challenging times, we moved forward with a singular focus to uphold safety at all costs and to provide services that truly resonate with our customers. We were able to persevere only because you believed in ANA and continued to choose us. I cannot express in words how much we were saved and encouraged by the fact that our customers needed us. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you.
My colleagues, who stood by me through these hardships, have also evolved into a resilient team, each fueled by the passion to do their best for our customers. With this firm confidence in our team, ANA is now ready to take flight into a new sky toward “Regrowth” under a new leader.
“If we’re going to do it anyway, let’s make it fun!” Moving forward, the ANA Group will always commit to safety operations and a sense of excitement to our customers worldwide with our “Honed Wings.”
