皆さま、あけましておめでとうございます。

2026年も、ANAをどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

今年3月、ANAは国際線就航40周年という大きな節目を迎えます。

1986年3月3日、悲願の定期便を成田からグアムへ飛ばした日は、希望に胸を膨らませ、世界への扉をひらく新たな出発の日でした。

当時のANAは世界では知る人も少なく、就航後も国際線は長く赤字が続き、平坦ではない道のりでしたが、「世界の翼たらん」という思いを胸に、全社員でスクラムを組んでチャレンジを重ねてまいりました。そして今や、国際線はANAを支える大黒柱となりました。

私自身も、1998年の東京ーサンフランシスコ線の開設に責任者として関わりました。現地で「どこの国の航空会社だ？」と、訪問した先々で尋ねられた悔しさを、「アメリカの皆さまから信頼され、選ばれる翼にしていこう」という原動力に変えてきました。

あれから27年経った昨年10月。そのサンフランシスコの地で、120年の歴史を持つアメリカの日米文化交流団体より「日米の架け橋」としての貢献を表彰していただく機会に恵まれました。壇上で万感胸に迫る中、何よりも私たちを支え続けてくださった皆さまへの感謝の気持ちがあふれてやみませんでした。

改めまして40年間、ANAの国際線を育て、応援してくださったすべての皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。これからも、「変わらないために変わり続ける」ANAをどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

さて2026年は、ミラノ・コルティナ冬季五輪や北米3か国で開催されるFIFAワールドカップなど、世界中が心躍らせるイベントが目白押しです。私たちの青い翼で皆さまをご案内できる日が待ち遠しく、ワクワクしています。

これからもANAは、空を越え、国境を越え、世界の人々と日本をつないでまいります。リアルな人々のつながりや交流の活性化こそが、社会課題の解決や新しい価値創造の源泉だと思います。そのために安全運航の堅持と、心を込めた高品質なサービスをより一層磨き上げ、皆さまの「心の翼」となることを目指してまいります。

正月の青く澄み切った空のように、皆さまの新しい一年が平和で希望に満ちた日々となりますよう、お祈り申し上げます。今年も皆さまのご搭乗を社員一同心よりお待ちしております。

Happy New Year, everyone. I hope you will keep supporting ANA in 2026.
This March, ANA will celebrate the 40th anniversary of its international flights, which is a significant milestone.
On March 3, 1986, we finally launched our long-awaited scheduled flight service from Narita to Guam, filling us with hope and opening a new door to the world.
At the time, ANA wasn’t really known around the world, and even after the launch, we experienced significant deficits in our international routes. It was a bumpy road, but our shared aspiration to become the wings of the world united us, with all employees working together to tackle every challenge. Today, our international routes stand as a pillar supporting ANA.
In 1998, I was responsible for launching the Tokyo-San Francisco route. While I was there, I felt frustrated each time I was asked which country’s airline we represented, but it became my motivation to make ANA a trusted and preferred airline among Americans.
Last October, 27 years later, I returned to San Francisco, when I had the honor of being awarded the ‟Kakehashi Award” by a 120-year-old organization dedicated to advancing U.S.–Japan collaboration. With this award, ANA’s contribution as a bridge between Japan and the U.S. was recognized. Standing on the podium, I was overwhelmed with emotion, and above all, with gratitude for everyone who has continued supporting us.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude once again to everyone who has nurtured and supported ANA’s international routes over the past 40 years. I hope we can keep counting on you as we evolve while remaining true to our values.
A lot of global events are planned for 2026, including the Milano Cortina Winter Olympics and the FIFA World Cup hosted in three North American countries. We look forward to being the blue wings that guide you there.
ANA will continue to connect people from all over the world with Japan, transcending the sky and borders. I believe that fostering genuine human connections and exchanges is the key to solving societal challenges and creating new value. This is why we strive to further improve our attentive, high-quality services and to ensure safe journeys. We hope to become ‟the wings of your heart”
I wish that this new year will be filled with peace and hope for all our passengers, like the clear blue sky during the New Year holidays.

连接世界的心之翼

大家，新年好。
2026年也请大家多多支持全日空。
今年3月，全日空将迎来国际航线开航的40周年。
1986年3月3日，全日空终于开通了从成田飞往关岛的定期航班。那一天，怀着满心的期待与希望，我们开启了通向世界的新篇章。
当时的全日空在世界上鲜为人知，即使开通国际航线后，长期也面临赤字，发展道路并不平坦。但怀着“要成为世界之翼”的信念，全体员工齐心协力，不断迎接挑战。如今，国际航线已成为支撑全日空的重要支柱。
我本人也曾作为负责人参与了1998年开通的东京—旧金山航线。在当地，总会被问到“你们是哪国的航空公司？”，我将当时的不甘心转化为前进的动力——“要赢得美国人民信赖、成为值得他们选择的航班”。
时光飞逝，去年十月，距离当时已经过去27年。在旧金山，我有幸受到拥有120年历史的美日文化交流团体表彰，认可我们作为“日美桥梁”的贡献。站在领奖台上，心潮澎湃，对一直支持我们的所有人的满怀感激之情。
再次向过去40年来培养并支持全日空国际航线的所有人致以衷心的感谢。今后也请大家继续支持“为了不变而不断变化的”全日空。
在2026年，米兰—科尔蒂纳冬季奥运会以及在北美三国举办的FIFA世界杯等一系列全球瞩目的盛事即将上演。我们迫不及待地想用我们的青蓝色的航班带领大家一同前往。
今后，全日空将继续飞越天空、跨越国界，将世界各地与日本连接起来。我认为，人与人之间真实的联系与交流的活跃，正是解决社会问题和创造新价值的源泉。为此，我们将更加坚定地确保安全运营，精益求精地提供用心的高品质服务，努力成为大家的“心之翼”。
衷心祈愿大家新的一年如清澈湛蓝的天空般，平和而充满希望。
