冬の光が街をやさしく包み、吐く息が白く揺れる師走（しわす）となりました。澄みきった空気に朝日が差しこむと、旅先で迎えた数々の朝が思い出されます。異国の市場で交わした笑顔、海峡を吹き抜ける潮風、旧市街の路地裏に響く歌声―。そんな何げない情景が、いまも心の奥に温かく残っています。旅とは、まさに五感で体験する学びの時間なのだと実感します。

不思議なことに、旅の途中でふと昔読んだ本の一節を思い出すことがあります。かつてページの中で想像していた風景が、いま目の前に広がる世界と重なり合う―その瞬間に胸が震えます。本は心の旅、旅は生きた読書。そしてそこに人との出会いが加わると、人生はより豊かに、味わい深いものになります。人・本・旅。この三つが、私の人生の原動力です。そしてANAとともに歩むことは、その延長線上にある自然な道のりのように感じます。

今年もまた、多くの土地を訪れる機会に恵まれました。どこへ行っても美しい風景に心を奪われましたが、記憶に残るのはやはり「人」との出会いです。

たとえば、9月に51回目を迎えたANAオープンゴルフトーナメント。記録的な大雨に見舞われ、一時はバンカーが池と化しました。中止の二文字が頭をよぎる中、深夜1時半から夜明けまで排水作業や整備に尽力してくださったスタッフやボランティアの皆さま、多くの関係者の方々のおかげで、最終日を無事に迎えることができました。

雨の中でも声援を送り続けてくださった観客の皆さま、毎年親戚のように温かい雰囲気で迎えてくださる地域の方々――その温かさが、この大会を「北海道に秋の訪れを告げる歳時記」として根づかせてくださっているのだと胸が熱くなりました。そこには、ANAの原点である「人と人をつなぐ」使命が、確かに息づいていると感じます。

さらに今年は、新しい就航地の開設や大阪・関西万博を通じて、世界中の人々と新たな絆が生まれました。国や文化は異なっても、そこにあるのは思いやりと感謝の心です。ANAはこれからも空を通じて、人と人とのあいだに温かな風を送り、世界をつなぐ架け橋でありたいと願っています。

本年もANAをご利用くださったお客様、そして世界各地で私たちを支えてくださったすべての皆さまに、心より感謝申し上げます。どうぞ来る年が、皆さまにとって健やかで、美しい出会いに満ちた一年となりますように。

Travel is the book of your life

When the winter light starts gently enveloping the streets and your breath turns white, you will know that December has arrived. The morning sunlight piercing through the clear air makes me remember all the mornings I spent traveling. The smiles exchanged in foreign markets, the breeze blowing across narrow seas, the singing voices echoing through old town alleyways… These simple scenes are still etched in my heart. I realize that traveling is a learning opportunity to be experienced with all five senses.
While traveling, I sometimes find myself thinking about passages from books I read a long time ago, for some strange reason. The landscapes I used to imagine when reading overlap with the world unfolding before my eyes in that moment, and I feel my heart flutter.
Each book is a journey of the heart, while travel is the book of your life. And the more people you encounter, the richer and more meaningful your life becomes.
People, books, and travel are the three things that fuel my life. Walking alongside ANA feels like a natural extension of that.
This year, I was fortunate to have many more opportunities to travel. No matter where I go, I am always fascinated by the beautiful scenery, but what will forever stay with me are the encounters with people.
For example, in September, the 51st ANA Open golf tournament took place. Due to unprecedented heavy rain, the bunkers had temporarily turned into ponds. We had all thought of canceling the tournament, but we managed to reach the final day thanks to our staff, volunteers, and everyone else involved, who did their best to handle drainage and maintenance from 1:30 a.m. until dawn.
The warmth of the audience who never stopped cheering even in the rain and of the local community who continues to welcome us each year really moved me. They made this tournament a seasonal event that announced the arrival of autumn in Hokkaido. Here, I believe that ANA’s mission and foundation, ‟connecting people,” lives on.
This year, we forged new bonds with people around the world through newly launched routes and Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai. Our feelings of consideration and gratitude remain unchanged despite all of us being from different countries and cultures. ANA hopes to continue to be a bridge that connects the world and sends a warm breeze between people through the sky.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who chose to fly with ANA this year, as well as everyone who supported us from around the world. We hope that the coming year will bring you good health and wonderful encounters.

旅行是生命的阅读

　　冬日的阳光温柔笼罩着城市，呵出的白气在腊月空气中摇曳。当朝阳射入澄澈的天空，我不禁想起在旅途中迎来的无数个清晨。异国市场里交织的笑容、吹过海峡的潮风、老城小巷中回荡的歌声……那些不经意的情景，至今仍温暖地留存于心。我深切体会到，旅行正是用全身心去体验的学习时光。
　　奇妙的是，旅途中总会不经意想起往日读过的书页。曾经在字里行间想象的风景，与眼前展开的世界重叠的瞬间，总让人心潮澎湃。书籍是心灵的旅行，旅行是生命的阅读。与人相遇，人生就会变得更加充实而富有深意。人、书、旅。这三者是我人生的原动力。而与全日空同行，恰似这条道路上的自然延伸。
　　今年我同样有幸造访了许多地方。每到一处无不沉醉于美丽风景，而最终长存于记忆的始终是那些与“人”的相遇。
　　比如9月的第51届全日空公开高尔夫锦标赛。受到创纪录的大雨侵袭，球道上的沙坑都变成了池塘。当“取消”的念头一度浮现在脑海时，多亏了从深夜1点半到天明一直努力进行排水和场地整备的工作人员与志愿者们，以及众多相关人士的辛勤付出，我们才能顺利迎来比赛的最后一天。还有在雨中始终不渝呐喊助威的观众，年年如亲人般温暖相迎的当地人。这份温情，让这场赛事深深扎根为“宣告北海道秋天到来的岁时记”，让我心中不禁涌起一股感动。我从中真切感受到全日空“联结人与人”这一初心使命。
　　今年通过新开航线与大阪关西世博会，我们与全球友人缔结了新的纽带。纵使国家文化各异，蕴含其中的永远是关怀与感恩之心。全日空愿继续通过天空，在人与人间输送暖风，成为连接世界的桥梁。
　　谨向今年选择全日空的乘客，及在全球各地给予我们支持的各位，献上由衷谢意。衷心祝愿大家都能健康平安，迎来满载美好相遇的一年。
